At Buddha Crystal, we work to ensure as smooth and reliable a delivery experience as we can provide. We ship our orders to our customers in various countries worldwide every day, neatly preparing each order and keeping you updated on the final stage.
Do you ship to my country?
At the moment we ship to the majority of countries.
We cannot ship to the following locations at the moment because of shipping restrictions:
Cuba
Iran
Sudan
Syria
Our shipping partners are under constant negotiations and we may extend the coverage in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are different and the variation depends on the location and shipping method.
Precisely, the shipping cost will be presented to you during the checkout period before you make a purchase.
What is the time in which my order will be delivered?
The overall time of delivery = Order processing time + Shipping time.
(When there are no customs delays, weekends, holidays, unexpected conditions, etc.)

Shipping Time:
Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL): 3-7 business days.
Normal delivery: 5-18 working days.
Delivery by Region, (Business Days) Estimated.
7-15 days:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Netherlands, Germany, France, New Zealand, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Singapore.
10-20 days:
Australia, Israel, Switzerland, Latvia, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Thailand, Malaysia, Slovakia, Brazil, Poland, Vietnam, Lithuania, Belgium, Japan.

1.In case of non-listed countries, then checkout displayed delivery estimate or reach out to our customer support team.
2.The above timelines are merely sources of reference. On the payment page, confirmation will be done on final delivery time and shipping cost.
Wrong shipping information
Before submitting your order, please make sure that you have checked your shipping information.
In case you find your shipping address or contact information to be erroneous, then notify us within 3 hours of your order taking at: support@buddha-crystal.com
After an order has been processed and shipped we cannot divert it to other address. It is the customer who has to enter correct shipping information.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number.
It is possible to know the status of your shipment by clicking on Track My Order on the email.
Why is it not that my tracking information has not been updated?
Part of our goods are crafted in Nepal or Tibet. Once your product has been done and delivered to the carrier, you are given a tracking number that is uploaded on your order.
Because of the international logistics, delivery of the package usually takes 3-5 days between the local area and international shipping center. In the meantime, tracking updates might not be seen.
After scanning the parcel at the international hub the tracking information will start updating as usual.
You have nothing to worry about--that is a normal feature of global shipping. We also wish to thank you in this brief transition period.
What happens in case my package was not delivered?
In case your package has not delivered within 40 days after shipping then you can contact us at: support@buddha-crystal.com
Our customer service will look through your case and fix it. We will either:
Resend you a new order at no extra expense or
Refund your initial payment method in full.
The state of your mind is important to us and we are there to make sure that you are well taken care of.
